Individual Therapy

​​​I focus on providing quality, trauma-informed care for adults and emphasize how people can use their different physical, mental, spiritual, and cultural resources to aid in the healing process. When I work with people, I make sure to start where they are. Whether you know what next steps you want to take or are trying to figure out where to start, I am happy to help you identify what progress you want to make. I often utilize DBT and CBT (different types of therapy), along with some techniques from other therapies. I view myself as a guide that helps you navigate mental challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship and attachment issues, and trauma.

Scheduling and Billing
Currently, I am offering telehealth and in-person appointments. I am a partner with Mindful Therapy Group, who handles the majority of my scheduling and billing. I am able to see people with Aetna, Cigna, Cigna EAP, Kaiser Permanente, Kaiser Permanente Northwest, Premera Blue Cross, Regence, United Healthcare, and United Healthcare EAP insurances.
